Topicflow AI has intentional limits to protect privacy and ensure human oversight.

## What Topicflow AI cannot access

**Private feedback not visible to you:**
If feedback was marked private and you don't have access, AI can't see it.

**Other people's one-on-ones:**
AI can't access meetings you're not a participant in.

**Confidential HR data:**
AI doesn't have access to compensation, promotion decisions, or other confidential data unless you have explicit permissions.

## Privacy protections

**Data visibility:**
AI respects Topicflow's permission and visibility rules.

**No sharing across users:**
Your AI interactions aren't visible to other users.

**Human oversight:**
AI provides suggestions, but humans make all decisions.

## When not to use AI

**Sensitive interpersonal issues:**
AI doesn't have context on personal dynamics, conflicts, or non-work factors.

**Final performance judgments:**
AI can draft, but humans make performance decisions.

**Confidential situations:**
Don't ask AI about data you're not supposed to access.
