# Permissions and Visibility

Program permissions control who can create, edit, and view programs and their results.

## Who can create programs

Typically:

* HR and People team admins
* Organization admins

## Who can view program results

**For review programs:**

* Employees can see their own reviews
* Managers can see their direct reports' reviews
* HR/People teams can see all reviews (for reporting)

**For survey programs:**

* HR/People teams can see aggregate results
* Team leaders may see team-level results (not individual responses if anonymous)
* Individual responses are anonymous (if configured)

## Best practices

* Limit program creation to HR/People teams
* Ensure survey anonymity for honest feedback
* Share results transparently where appropriate
