# Settings

Settings in Topicflow allow admins to configure the platform for their organization, including roles, permissions, integrations, data sync, and preferences.

## What you can configure

**Roles and permissions:**
Who can access what features and data

**Visibility and privacy:**
Default visibility for feedback, meetings, and reviews

**Templates and scales:**
Review templates, rating scales, and feedback forms

**Integrations:**
Connect to HRIS, calendar, Slack, GitHub, Jira, and 200+ tools

**AI:**
AI settings are consolidated in a single section. Personal skills and AI memory are managed under Account Settings > AI. Workspace skills, AI knowledge, and a skills overview are managed under Organization Settings > AI. Organizations can also provide their own Anthropic API key under Organization Settings > AI to use their own AI capacity.

**Data sync and management:**
Employee data, organizational structure, and data retention

## Who manages settings

Typically:

* Organization admins
* HR and People team admins

Some settings may be managed by Topicflow support or account teams.
