# Viewing and Interpreting Results

Survey results provide insights into team health and engagement. Here's how to interpret them.

## Viewing results

**Aggregate results:**

* Overall response rates
* Average scores by question
* Distribution of responses

**Team-level results:**

* Breakdowns by team or department
* Comparisons across teams

**Trends over time:**

* How scores change across survey periods
* Improving or declining engagement

**Open-ended responses:**

* Themes in qualitative feedback
* Specific concerns or suggestions

## Interpreting survey data

**High response rates matter:**
If only 30% complete a survey, results may not be representative.

**Look for trends, not single data points:**
One low score isn't a crisis. Declining scores over time are.

**Context matters:**
A drop in engagement after layoffs isn't surprising. Understand what's happening in the organization.

**Act on results:**
If you collect feedback but never act on it, people will stop participating.
