Creating Programs

Programs orchestrate structured cycles for reviews and surveys. Here’s how to create them.

Creating a review program

  1. Go to Programs and click “Create Program”
  2. Select “Review Program”
  3. Configure settings:
    • Review period (Q1 2025, Annual 2025, etc.)
    • Review type (360, manager-only, self-review, etc.)
    • Participants (entire organization, specific teams, etc.)
    • Deadlines (self-review, peer feedback, manager review)
  4. Launch the program
Participants receive notifications and deadlines are tracked automatically.

Creating a survey program

  1. Go to Programs and click “Create Program”
  2. Select “Survey Program”
  3. Choose survey type (engagement, pulse, custom)
  4. Configure settings:
    • Survey questions
    • Participants
    • Schedule (one-time or recurring)
    • Anonymity settings
  5. Launch the program
Surveys are sent according to the schedule, and results are aggregated automatically.
