You can export a program’s results as a CSV file for offline analysis or sharing with stakeholders outside Topicflow. The export preserves the review order configured in the program.Sending reminders
Topicflow automatically sends reminders based on deadlines, but you can also:- Send manual reminders to specific participants
- Escalate to managers for overdue items
Adjusting deadlines
If needed, you can:- Extend deadlines for all participants
- Grant extensions to specific individuals
Ending a program
When a cycle is complete, close the program to:- Stop sending reminders
- Archive results
- Prepare for the next cycle
