Interpreting survey data
High response rates matter: If only 30% complete a survey, results may not be representative. Look for trends, not single data points: One low score isn’t a crisis. Declining scores over time are. Context matters: A drop in engagement after layoffs isn’t surprising. Understand what’s happening in the organization.
