Skills
Skills are reusable prompts you invoke by typing/ followed by the skill name in the chat input. They let you save and reuse common workflows without retyping the same instructions each time.
There are three tiers of skills:
Personal skills — Custom skills you create for your own use. Manage them under Account Settings > AI.
Workspace skills — Shared skills created by organization admins, available to everyone in the organization. Manage them under Organization Settings > AI.
Platform skills — Built-in skills provided by Topicflow, such as daily brief and meeting preparation.
To use a skill, type / in the chat input to open the skill picker, then select the skill you want. You can also browse all available skills from the + menu in the toolbar.
You can fork any platform or workspace skill to create a personal copy and customize it to your needs. You can also create a new skill directly from a conversation — if a chat produces a useful workflow, save it as a skill so you can reuse it later.
Chat sessions
Each conversation with Topicflow AI is a chat session. You can pin important sessions so they stay at the top of your session list, and rename any session inline to give it a descriptive title — useful when you want to find a past conversation quickly.Actions
Beyond answering questions and drafting content, Topicflow AI can take actions on your behalf. For example, you can ask it to create a draft meeting — specify the participants and cadence, and the meeting is set up for you without leaving the chat.Providing feedback on AI responses
You can rate Topicflow AI responses to help improve the experience:- Thumbs up — marks a response as helpful
- Thumbs down — marks a response as unhelpful and opens a feedback form where you can optionally describe what went wrong or what could be improved
What Topicflow AI cannot do
Make decisions: AI suggests; humans decide. Access private data: AI respects Topicflow’s visibility rules. It can’t see private feedback, other people’s one-on-ones, or data you don’t have access to. Replace human judgment: AI is a tool, not a replacement for thoughtful management and coaching. What’s next
