Setting up integrations

All organization members can browse the integrations page under Settings > Integrations to see which tools are available and which are already connected. To add or configure an integration:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Browse available integrations by category or search by name
  3. Click a card to open its detail panel, then authenticate and grant permissions
  4. Configure what data to sync
Both organization-level and personal integrations are managed from the same page, with a scope toggle to switch between the two. Connected integrations show an “Enabled” status on their card; clicking a connected card opens its settings where you can update permissions or disconnect. Read.ai connects through your Account Settings via OAuth. Once connected, Topicflow automatically syncs meeting transcripts — including Google Meet recordings captured by Read.ai — and matches them to existing meetings. Fellow connects at the organization level. An admin can enable it under Organization Settings > Integrations to sync meeting notes and agendas from Fellow into Topicflow. If Topicflow detects that your Slack integration is missing a required permission (such as file access), it will prompt you to re-install the Slack app so the connection works fully.

AI tools (MCP server)

Topicflow provides an MCP server that lets external AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT read your Topicflow workspace and draft updates on your behalf. The connection is managed under Settings → Integrations → Connected apps, where you can review and revoke access for any connected client.

Privacy and security

  • Topicflow respects your existing tool permissions
  • Only syncs data users already have access to
  • Integrations can be disabled at any time
