Meeting visibility
One-on-ones: Typically visible to both participants and the manager’s manager (skip-level) Team meetings: Visible to all participants Private notes: Private meeting notes are visible only to the person who wrote them. Organization admins can see a list of organization-level private notes under Organization Settings for governance purposes, but cannot read individual note content. Private notes are included in the author’s event alerts so reminders and notifications stay complete.Review visibility
Self-reviews: Visible to the employee and their manager Manager reviews: Visible to the employee, manager, and HR/People team Peer feedback: May be anonymized or attributed depending on settingsSurvey anonymity
Admins configure whether survey responses are:- Anonymous (no attribution)
- Named (attributed to individuals)
