The Roles & Competencies settings page holds your career tracks, the roles and levels in each, and the competencies expected of them. A competency can apply to managers, to individual contributors, or to everyone. Admins can build this framework with Topicflow AI. A button on the page opens a chat that interviews you about your teams and their work, drafts roles and competencies, and helps assign people to roles, showing a preview for your approval before anything is saved.
